Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Controller to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in financial planning, accounting, statutory compliance, internal controls, budgeting, and financial reporting. The candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the complete Finance & Accounts operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, Ind AS, and other statutory regulations.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and risk management processes.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, profitability analysis, and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor working capital, cost optimization, and business performance.
• Ensure timely statutory filings, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Support senior management with strategic financial analysis and business planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Required Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS, and Internal Controls.
• Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and Ind AS.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
