Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 to 3 years in telesales or telecalling, preferably in the steel, hardware, or industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote steel products (such as MS, SS, TMT bars, angles, channels, sheets, etc.)
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up with leads provided by the company.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients through cold calling and networking.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare and send quotations as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for lead conversion and order finalization.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with clients.
• Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Male candidates only
• 12th pass or graduate (preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Confident and persuasive phone manner
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
• Prior experience in steel or industrial products is an added advantage
• Should be punctual, energetic, and target-oriented

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
